Everyone here is so nice, friendly and very helpful.  The restrooms, pool, laundry room are very clean.  I would highly recommend this Marina highly.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Can’t say enough nice things about everyone @ Kennedy Point Yacht Club. Our windlass went out and Bruce made room for us when the other marinas in the area were full. Bruce and tons of folks came out to help us get settled in. He was even kind enough to extend our stay when we needed a few more days to get the windlass squared away.

The marina has a fantastic location for rocket launch viewing. We’ve seen 2 during our time here. Pool area was clean. New deck and covered seating area outside the clubhouse with a direct view of the manatee lagoon area. Pump out available in the slip.

Laundry area was clean with working washers/dryers @ $2/load.  We didn’t use the showers but the restrooms were well maintained. Walking distance to the Walgreens and Cumberland Farms gas station.  We also enjoyed the Asian House restaurant about .5 mile away. Small park located right next door to get off the boat and stretch your legs.

We definitely enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend.
